Full-time or part-time is available, and there’s flexibility around start date! Why you’ll love this role $88,000 – $120,000 super (dependent on experience) TRUE flexibility – design your week (including the option to work longer days and finish early on Fridays, or any day that suits) 9-day fortnight option Hybrid working (clinic community WFH) Sustainable caseload / realistic billable expectations Weekly supervision weekly in-services/team meetings PD budget: $1,500 Purpose-built facility with excellent resources Family-friendly organisation Accrue additional leave A leadership team that’s approachable, listens, and actually implements ideas Fun, connected culture with birthday celebrations and regular social events What you will be doing You’ll be working in an adult disability role, supporting clients with a range of presentations including: Neurological conditions Physical disabilities (including cerebral palsy and spina bifida) Developmental and motor delays Intellectual disabilities Behavioural and emotional regulation difficulties Your work will include: A mix of clinic, community and WFH Diverse caseload with options to tailor based on your interest areas Assistive Technology prescription Home assessments & modifications (and much more!) Training provided where required Liaising with external stakeholders (NDIS, families, support coordinators and other providers) What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Drivers licence and own vehicle Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience Interested in this position?
